He honed his craft in Michelin-starred culinary destinations: Maaemo in Oslo, The Greenhouse in London, RAW in Taipei and Atelier Amaro in Warsaw. At Scoria, he created a signature open kitchen that brings chef and guest closer together, revealing the natural beauty of each ingredient.

With over 20 years in hospitality, he is a WSET Level 2 certified sommelier and recipient of an award for sales of Rémy Martin Louis XIII Cognac. He specialises in exceptional service and guest experiences built on relationships and attention to detail.
