Group bookings cover lunches or dinners for groups of 10 or more at SCORIA Restaurant, Stary Port 15, Bydgoszcz.

For group bookings, SCORIA Restaurant provides an agreed menu, waiting staff and sommelier service.

Additional costs, such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and any extra à la carte orders, will be added to the bill according to consumption.

A booking is confirmed by payment of PLN 50 per declared guest, in cash, by card or to the SCORIA Restaurant bank account, no later than 72 hours before the planned event.

The balance must be paid at the restaurant in cash or by card.

Items outside the SCORIA offer, such as celebration cakes or special table decorations, as well as group bookings for more than 16 people, require separate arrangements.

If payment is not made by the required deadline, the booking will be cancelled automatically.

The payment referred to in point 4 constitutes an earnest-money deposit (zadatek) within the meaning of Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code.

If the booking is cancelled or the number of guests is reduced 24 hours before the planned event or later, SCORIA Restaurant will charge the group booking organiser 100% of the value of the ordered service.

Correspondence exchanged by the parties online and by email is treated as a document within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
