Regulations of the Scoria Restaurant 

1. Each Guest of the restaurant is obliged to comply with these rules. Being in the restaurant is unequivocal with accepting the conditions described in the rules.
2. Only the Guest who ordered a meal or other catering service can be in the restaurant. 
3. The service, management and staff have the right to refuse to serve a Guest if he is intoxicated or if other circumstances may affect the safety or comfort of other Guests. In case of refusal to serve for this reason, the Guest is obliged to leave the restaurant immediately. 
4. We do not sell alcohol to people under 18 years of age, nor to intoxicated persons. 
5. Within the restaurant premises, meals and beverages purchased exclusively in the restaurant may be consumed, unless the manager has agreed to depart from this rule.
6. Complaints about the quality of food are taken into consideration only immediately after consumption. 
7. The allergen chart is available for review at the restaurant bar. 
8. Guests are not allowed to play their own music from different types of media.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the restaurant. 
10. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
11. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 22:00, on Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00, on Sunday the restaurant is open from 14:00 to 20:00, and orders are accepted until 19:00.

13. Confirmed reservation is guaranteed only for 15 minutes after the established hour. Reservation can be extended only after prior contact with the restaurant. 
14. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or card. In exceptional circumstances a money transfer is acceptable after prior informing the staff and agreeing to it. 
15. The restaurant is covered by the monitoring system. The administrator of the processed personal data is Scoria Sp. z o.o. based in Bydgoszcz. 
16. The restaurant's RODO policy can be found on www.scoria.pl.
17. These Terms and Conditions are valid from 28.05.2021, have been introduced for an indefinite period of time and may be changed at any time without giving any reason.
